Fairfield Inn & Suites Roanoke Hollins/I-81

We were on a roadtrip and we ended up being farther away from Roanoke than we'd thought. I had done the online check-in, and I figured it was too late to cancel without forfeiting the entire room rate. I called the hotel just to see whether, by some chance, I could cancel and not be charged. Donna was so kind and accommodating, and she agreed to cancel the reservation and not charge me. I was so thankful as we were still hours away, and we were too tired to keep driving. Thanks so much, Donna!

The location of the property was excellent. It was very close to the interstate making it very easy to get on and off the road. There were several dining spots close by, and the staff provided a list of places to go with ratings for each. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.

The room and views of the mountains were exceptional, the breakfast was the best breakfast I've had in a long time with combo warm and cold options. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Breakfast was great. There was plenty of variety. The staff was very nice. The location of the dining area was well placed.

I did not have breakfast. I ate my leftovers from the night before. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was clean! The location was a little confusing. The GPS led me next door to the Hampton Inn. Once, I realized that I was at the wrong hotel. I was glad that booked the Fairfield Inn. It is so much cleaner and more professional than the Hampton Inn.
