We were on a roadtrip and we ended up being farther away from Roanoke than we'd thought. I had done the online check-in, and I figured it was too late to cancel without forfeiting the entire room rate. I called the hotel just to see whether, by some chance, I could cancel and not be charged. Donna was so kind and accommodating, and she agreed to cancel the reservation and not charge me. I was so thankful as we were still hours away, and we were too tired to keep driving. Thanks so much, Donna!

I did not have breakfast. I ate my leftovers from the night before. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was clean! The location was a little confusing. The GPS led me next door to the Hampton Inn. Once, I realized that I was at the wrong hotel. I was glad that booked the Fairfield Inn. It is so much cleaner and more professional than the Hampton Inn.

Location was very convenient for travelers with easy on/off highway. The facility was clean, comfortable and quiet; a nice rest spot on a long ride south. The included breakfast was outstanding! It was a full breakfast buffet type breakfast with lots of choices and a charming woman manning the operation. Very pleased with our short stay.

The location of the property was excellent. It was very close to the interstate making it very easy to get on and off the road. There were several dining spots close by, and the staff provided a list of places to go with ratings for each. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.
